Designed for customers that need easily upgradable, flexible connectivity or need to overcome the challenges presented by geographic locations that have inadequate telecoms infrastructure or need failover connectivity, Altech Technology Concepts has a number of wireless connectivity options for customers to choose from.

Generally speaking these options fall into two categories, namely licensed spectrum, which is delivered through Broadlink’s MetroNet technology and unlicensed spectrum, which is delivered through ISM band links to Altech Technology Concepts’ own network.

The licensed spectrum solution gives customers a dedicated, high-speed link between two points – either forming a wide-area network connection between two branch offices – or between one of the customer’s locations and the Altech Technology Concepts' datacentre.

Performance is predictable, guaranteed and ranges between 512Kbps and 155Mbps.

Altech Technology Concepts’ unlicensed spectrum solution affords customers a high-speed link between a customer location and its datacentre, or between two distinct points of the customer’s choosing.

The solution operates on the ISM (industrial, scientific and medical) frequency band and delivers a predictable and guaranteed 2.5Mbps to 5Mbps of bandwidth.
